As this style of learning may be new to some of you, we thought we had better put together a  short page on how it works, which will hopefully answer any questions you may have:

All of our learning content is stored on a dedicated platform specifically designed for delivering video content. We require you to create an account on ordering your course with us, as the details you provide (first name, surname and email address) are used to automatically create your account on our dedicated platform.

Once you have purchased your first course, it and all future course purchases can be accessed directly through your Learning Dashboard, using this link - https://learn.flyfish.media/users/sign_in, or from the menu option at the top of any page.

Yes it is. Any course you buy can be viewed at any time through your Personal Learning Dashboard. Should there be a necessity for us to remove a course from the dashboard, you will be notified by email, with at least 30 days notice, where we will also provide you details on how to download any content you may want to keep.

Due to the nature of our courses, all online, we cannot offer refunds for courses which have been purchased. We do provide free video excerpts for each course so customers can see an example of the content before purchasing.

Since your purchase would be a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on flyfish.media are non-refundable or exchangeable.
